Censorship Request from Coin Insider

Asks BitChute to help them memory hole their 2019 article regarding Coinbase termination of Gab/Torba Accounts

Earlier this month, we received this email from an “Editorial Team Associate” at Coin Insider:

It's not clear which video under the #deplatforming hashtag on BitChute is being referenced. But apparently one or more of our creators, most likely back in 2019 when Coinbase terminated the accounts of Gab and Torba, included the link to Coin Insider's article discussing this, in the description of one or more videos. Coin Insider has, it seems, recently “updated” its “content policy,” and as part of this, has chosen to delete its coverage of the event. And their Editorial Associate was hoping that we at BitChute would help them memory hole the piece--including the fact that it's been deleted--so they can “maintain consistency.”

Needless to say, we will not be deleting any backlinks to the article (web archive available here), and so we don't anticipate receiving any “new content opportunities” from Coin Insider. We hope their Editorial Team Associate understands that “this is not personal,” but instead a refusal, on principle, to fake reality.
