If you're having issues when uploading a video on the upload screen, there are a number of things you can try;

1. Try to clear your browsers cache, refresh the page and try to upload the video again.
2. Make sure that you have cookies enabled, these are needed to make the site run smoothly. Please view our cookie policy for more information.
3. Check to see if any plugins you are using could be affecting the site, try disabling certain plugins and uploading again.
4. If you use a VPN, check the VPN's settings are not interfering with the site, try to change the settings and upload again.
5. Try uploading the video in a different format to see if this makes a difference to the upload.
6. Try to name the file something different and then try to upload the video again.
7. If you can, optimise the video before trying to upload again, smaller videos sizes should be easier to upload.
